At Maisie's Mutts, I am fully committed to providing the best care for your furry friends. I understand that your pets are part of your family, and I treat them as such. My policies are designed to ensure the safety, happiness, and well-being of all the dogs in my care.

Cancellation Policy

As of Monday 18th November 2024 cancellation must be received within 48hours of scheduled visit or a cancellation fee of £15 will apply. Maisie's Mutts reserves the right to deny service or terminate service because of safety concerns, financial concerns, or inappropriate or uncomfortable situations.

Payment Arrangement

I accept payments via bank transfer or cash. As of Monday 18th November 2024 I respectfully ask that you settle your invoice within 5 days of it being sent. A late charge of £10 will be applied otherwise.
